A neighbor has a program to refurbish unused bycicles that are taking up
space in attics and garages. They are then provided, without charge, to
needy folks who can use them for transportation. The program is funded
solely by the neighbor, so bikes that require major re-building cannot
be used. Labor is also donated. Contributions of new tires and tubes can
be used to great advantage.
